English Springer Rescue America, Inc. is a (501-C3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of Springers in need.
I am a volunteer with ESRA and I dedicate my work in the memory of my Springer Spaniels Missy who passed into Spirit in June of 2004, and Ginger who passed into Spirit in July 2008 and now Britney in 2015.
I have been volunteering as a foster mom with ESRA since September 2004, and I lend a hand wherever I can to this great organization.  I am currently Secretary to the Board of Directors.
I volunteer my healing skills to animals who have needs during their physical and emotional rehabilitation.  I have fostered dogs who have had major surgeries, including leg amputations and hip surgeries.  Reiki treatments helped them heal quicker and made adoptions very successful.
My Animal Communication skills allow me to communicate with the Springers and find ways in which to help the individual animal.
Mention ESRA when you book an appointment.   I will donate a portion of the fee to ESRA in support of the work that they do.
If you would like to make a donation or volunteer your time to E.S.R.A. contact, Caryn Pola, E.S.R.A. President.

“When you bring an animal companion into your life,  you begin a journey - a journey  that will bring you more love and devotion than you have ever known, yet also test your strength and courage. If  you allow, the journey will teach you many things, about life, about yourself, and most of all, about love.  You will come away changed forever, for one soul cannot touch another without leaving its mark."

I have also fostered for Camp Cocker. I have given Reiki to many dogs, but I'll never forget Sweet Pea.  The Reiki helped to jump start his recovery.   I've also done shelter runs to help Cathy Stanley, who does a Herculean job of working with local Cockers  and transferring them to other Cocker groups where the dogs can be successfully adopted when local adopters aren’t available.

If you can help, contact Cathy Stanley at:

California Coastal Horse Rescue of Ojai, was founded in 2000.   They care for those horses that no one else will care for. They provide food, shelter, rehabilitation, medical care, and adoption services for horses that have been abused, abandoned or neglected.

California Coastal Horse Rescue achieves results with the help of  volunteers and the generosity of private and corporate sponsors.  There are no salaries paid.  Sign up to be an Angel and donate to support this amazing group.    www.calcoastalhorserescue.com   Adri Howe, current Board President

I have worked with Cindy Murphree, Founder of Cal Coastal Horse Rescue  since August 2009.  The current Board President is Adri Howe.  I take my Animal Reiki students to Ojai once a month to offer Reiki to the horses.   Several volunteers at CCHR have taken Reiki classes from me as well, to enhance their ability to care for the horses.  The horses have responded wonderfully.

Bridge relaxing as he gets Reiki

One of our exciting success stories is Cheyenne.  We met him for the first time in August 2009.   He had come from an abusive situation and was afraid of everything and did not trust anyone.  He was very thin with a poor coat condition.  After his first exposure to Reiki, Cheyenne improved quickly.  Each month we could see wonderful improvements to his physical and emotional state. Thanks to the Reiki and the wonderful volunteers of CCHR.
